​I started my career in South Africa as a Holistic Health Practitioner doing Energy work including Reiki (Reiki Master Teacher), Reflexology, Crystal work and Indian Head Massage. After 15 years of studies in different fields of energy work. I went to Massage School using skills acquired over the years to improve my client’s experience. In 2003 I had the opportunity to come work in Canada for a summer and decided to stay. Five years later I attended Medix College upgrading my Massage Therapy Training and graduated with Honors in 2011. I felt Massage Therapy restricted my goals of giving people longer lasting pain relief and maintaining it. I found Rolf Method of Structural Integration and graduated in November 2015 as a Certified Structural Integrator.
